Well.... He sold my house in less than 24 hours. Enough said! Lol. He was awesome though. Answered my texts and calls promptly. I was out of town and trying to prepare home. He went out of his way to make sure the carpet layers I hired could get in and made sure the house was locked back up afterwards. Super nice guy with a really good head on his shoulders. He worked with financing and titles, I believe, prior to selling homes, so he's very knowledgeable about the entire process! Great experience! We enjoyed our experience with Jason as our realtor. We listed our home for sale in August 2016. It did not immediately sell. But we were not in a hurry to sell until we found a new home to move in to. Jason marketed our home extensively online. And we had one Open House. We had at least 2 showings each week it was listed.
