Jason Friend

Jason is an excellent individual to do business with. He listened to my requests and never pressured me into business his way. Jason informed me of his approach to selling my home and getting the most out of the transaction. He is willing to go the extra step to ensure the sale of my home. In fact one day he even stepped in and helped me sweep my garage before folks got there. The one thing I especially like about Jason is that he immediately responded to my calls and answered my questions. During this emotional process, I felt that Jason was more than my agent. I felt his concern and motivation to sell my home was what a good friend would do. He accommodated me with hard copy documents when I asked cause at my age, I am not enamored to e-documents much less electronic signatures. Jason made sure I was at ease with this process. I got a good price for my home and with the minimal stress thanks to Jason. I highly recommend him and have done so to my friends who like me are downsizing and/or preparing for full retirement.
