I began looking at houses earlier this year just to compare my options for buying against my options for renting. I was paired with Jason on Zillow when I had requested to tour the first house I was interested in. He made himself available in the evening to meet me at the property after I got out of work. He took the time to get to know my partner and I, introduced himself in a very professional manner, and spent as much time as we needed to answer all the questions we had about the market, his opinion on the house, what we would be able to accomplish with our budget, and provided new avenues for us to look for homes. After a few months of searching, I stumbled into an open house on a Saturday, I had really liked the property and called Jason to let him know. He happened to be available, so he took the trip to meet me at the house and looked it over with me. When I decided that I wanted to make an offer he walked me through the whole process, advised me of what to consider when making the offer, and handled the whole negotiation on my behalf even when circumstances changed. He was always understanding and honest about his thoughts. He was always responsive when I called and provided extremely prompt responses to inquiries. He respected my decisions, conducted himself very professionally on my behalf, and really had my interests at heart. When the offer was finally accepted he made an exceptional recommendation with Michalski-Ottens Law and they both guided me through the whole process in closing. The month flew by, and with very little complications the closing was completed. I would recommend Jason to any first time home buyers!
