Love our new place and probably would have missed this opportunity had Jason not said something to us to inform us about a few properties that were in our desired location, Joe got us in to take a look around same day and probably ended up meeting us there another 2 or 3 times before we made our decision. This made all the difference in the world to us as we were NOT trying to rush into a decision … he opened up probably 4 other homes before we settled on our chosen property and just to be clear the house hunt for us has been going on for about 6 years and in that time Jason took us to view numerous properties.
