We came to Jason to sell our town-home after it being on the market for 6 months with little to no interest. He gave us straight forward advice and had a realistic strategy to get it sold. We had a contract on the house in 3 months, and he took us through the process step by step. What meant the most to us was his willingness to get questions answered and respond timely when we contacted him. I don't know if selling a house ever goes perfectly, but this experience came close. My only regret is not going with Jason from the start.

In recent years I have dealt with several realtors and haven’t had the best experiences. Jason came in a gave me a honest & extensive marketing plan for my property after it had sat on the market for 6 months with little to no activity. He honestly told me the value of my home and explained the details behind his reasoning. He explained when it is priced right "they will come" and boy was he right. His team is great but busy which in my mind is the sign of a good realtor. He made time day or night for my questions and concerns even after the contract was signed. He talked me off the ledge several times throughout the process especially when settlement was in question because of a big snow storm. I greatly appreciated him understanding how much of an emotional decision this sale was for me and treating me appropriately. More like a friend and not a realtor looking for a commission. Jason sat at settlement and kept me busy throughout every minute so I was occupied and keeping my eye on the big picture.
