From there, he began working with his mother at Re/Max. He then moved to development and management in downtown Boston with Chestnut Hill Realty and Winn Development. Upon returning to RI and Re/Max he collaborated with his father-in-law, David Iannuccilli, one of the founders of Re/Max in RI. Since then, he has built one of the highest rated teams in RI, consistently finishing as one of the top Re/Max teams in New England.
