Jason is so awesome!! Right off the bat, has a great attitude and always willing to help you. With this being our first home purchase, we had no clue where to begin. Jason helped my fiancee and I purchase our very first home. Being first time home buyers, we were a little out of our depth, and definitely overwhelmed with the whole home buying process. Jason walked us through everything we could potentially encounter as a home buyer, and every task we would need to do in order to buy the house. He made the process for us streamlined and simple. Jason is also very thorough. He broke down and explained every document we signed, and made sure we understood what we were signing. Every call or message we sent him was met with a swift response. Lastly, we really appreciated how well Jason and our lender worked together. There was constant communication, and because of their efficiency, Escrow was closed sooner than we were expecting. Jason was such an invaluable resource for us.

My wife and I used Jason twice to purchase a property and to sell our home. Jason is very knowledgeable and he really understands the market. He advised us to put our house in the market ASAP because he knew the market was shifting and it was! We sold our house at the highest price point and weeks later other homes in the neighborhood were dropping their prices! We wouldn’t trust anyone else in the real estate business.
