Jason Donovan

The Donovan Team was extremely helpful in my first home purchase using my VA Home Loan. They did not treat me like a customer of a business but rather an advisor in making the best decision for my family. What impressed me the most was that in the market for a cost effective budget friendly house on the lower end of the market but that did not change their demeanor in helping my family out. I worked with them for over a year finding my first home and their patience never failed, they didn't get tired of showing me homes and even talked me out of homes that were not of best interest of my goals. Most other realtors would have grown tired and sweet talked me into anything but not the Donovan Team. They have went way past the mark of above and beyond and truly embody what it means to serve others first.

We unexpectedly found and fell in love with a house as we first started working with Jason and his team. Although we told them we had no timeline, as soon as we found the home we wanted, Jason, Johnny, and Sara made quick work of the home buying process. They advocated for everything we wanted, and made negotiations seem easy. They were always responsive, and guided us through the process with expertise clearly built on experience. Truly a pleasure to do business with Jason and the whole Donovan crew!
