I would DEFINITELY recommend Jason to anyone looking to sell or purchase! For me, he has the character to deal with the different personalities of my husband and I. He is efficient, effective, proactive, diligent with time sensitive issues and extremely knowledgeable even in areas that should be outside of his scope of work! He is all these things while being engaging, understanding and even as emotionally invested as I was into my home. It is as if he is working not only for me but WITH me which goes a long way. In my case, I did a home purchase which is in of itself an emotional rollercoaster! Jason was very involved in the entire process from start to finish. He was attentive to all my wants needs and goals and really found me the perfect home! He made me feel more at ease and pretty much held my hand through the entire process (which if you are like me and this is your first home, you might be somewhat clueless to all that goes into it). He was readily available to address any concerns, guide me throughout and he did put my interests above all else! I really could not ask for a better agent and I WILL be recruiting him for all my future "property" related transactions!

Jason is a fantastic realtor, very knowledgeable, honest, down to earth individual who makes you feel comfortable and appreciated. He definitely listened and came through with great options, very pleased in property hunting with him. I'm very happy with my new home! I definitely recommend him! Thank you Jason! :)
