Great Experience Selling

Jason helped RJ and I sell our condo. We bought it just 2 years ago and completely remodeled the entire place. We were looking to get a lofty price which meant breaking the record for the complex by 15K. We ended up staging the unit and once we went live we had a huge influx of showings, multiple offers and got under contract in 48 hours over asking price. We were so happy with the results as many other units in the complex sat on the market for longer periods of time and didn’t get asking price.
