Jason was very knowledgeable about the market and incredibly honest. The first few homes we looked had significant water damage that wasn’t evident in the photos online. Jason pointed out multiple flaws on these properties helping to rule them out. When I did finally find my current home, he advised me on how much I should bid to not overpay but also outbid the competing offer. Once under contract Jason let me know what was expected from me and ensured we stayed on target for closing. Would recommend to anyone looking for an agent.
