Jason has found me several rehab gems where I can add value after purchase in order to do a cash out re-fi and leave little in the property all the while having meaningful cashflow. 12706 Lanier is another one where we can update the wood paneling and flooring as well as create an extra bedroom so that the new appraisal hits an excellent ARV. I am an out of state investor and Jason is my guy to handle Jacksonville which still has numerous opportunities!
