I highly recommend Jay for anyone looking to purchase a house. He is very knowledgeable about the area and was quick to get me in to any house I wanted to see. In this current market, it's very easy for you to get discouraged because of the insanely high amount of offers being placed and the the willingness to pay in cash. Because of this, it took longer than expected to secure a house but Jay made it possible by working hard to get me into listed houses and had offers sent out ASAP.
