Jason took the challenge of preparing and marketing a property I needed to sell though couldn't travel there. As some matters arose, he and his team managed to resolve them professionally and impressively. My only regret I have is that I only had the one home for Jason to sell.

Jason treated my wife and I fairly, while advancing the cause of his sellers as well. Jason was kind and caring, and did everything he could to get us our home within a realistic budget. He was more than a sales person, he is very likeable and became a friend through th process. We came to the area trying to use a buying agent, and while everyone was very friendly, due to a hot market, they didn't seem to care about us finding a home in my home state. Jason cared and got us throught the process unscathed. Great guy. Due to dual agency, we could not comment on negotiation, but the rest 5 stars for sure!
