Jason Bramblett

I was fortunate enough to work with Phil Black from Jason Bramblett. He worked with me for 4 months or so. I didn't have a big budget, recently separated, recent implant to NC. While I owned a home with my ex wife, this was my first time buying alone. Honestly the whole process was so overwhelming but Phil was great. I kept going back and forth about where I wanted to live, he went with me to see so many homes, in so many cities, and was always able to reel me in when I was freaking out about not finding anything. He keep me focused on what he understood I wanted even when I strayed, and that was very important. He was always a text/call away and managed to find my 4 kids and I the perfect home in Jamestown! If there was a negative, it was that I learned that not all real estate agencies charge a fee, JB does, but Phil was up front about it, no surprise fees! I am so happy, so grateful for his patience and professionalism. I would DEFINITELY recommend/work with him again.

Our dealings with Jason Bramblett Realty have been great. Our buying agent Cameron Lovelace has been top notch. He is trustworthy and reliable, I could call him anytime and he always responded very quickly. Cameron is a hard worker and he always followed through with what he said he would do. I couldn't be more pleased with the help he has provided in this process. He was a true gentleman and very respectful individual.
