Jason was an excellent realtor. I was left with quite the situation after my grandfather had passed and he helped to keep me on track and get everything done that needed to be done to get the house on the market. He walked me through the entire process and answered any and all questions that I had (there were a lot!). There were a few hiccups that came up with the house, but Jason made sure to talk me through what needed to be done and made it as painless and stress-free as he could. He went above and beyond to make sure that the closing happened on time, and was just an excellent realtor. I would recommend Jason Boulay for your real estate agent. During the sale of our house we were out of state. Jason would stop by the house and make sure everything was in working order and found a minor oil leak which was fixed quickly. If The slight oil leak was not found, it could’ve been a disaster. He was very conscientious and present for every showing. We sold the house above asking price. He was very professional and we would use him again.
