Jason was awesome! When I had any questions he was quick to help. At some points when I was crying because of being overwhelmed he was great to help calm me. He was polite and courteous very comfortable to be around. He even came over to the house to look at some things that we had questions on and showed us how to operate a system that we could not figure out. He went out of his way to do a great job I would recommend him absolutely!

Jason and I worked together in buying a home in a very highly competitive real estate market. He always listened to me needs, my preferences, and worked with me to obtain my goal. Jason remained pressure free, understanding, respectful, and very kind during the entire process. To put is shortly I all honesty Jason is a dream Agent. Jason was great and was actually the third realtor in this process for our family in Brentwood. We found that while we were the ones finding most of the homes we wanted to look at, Jason was always available same day to look at the homes we found. He contributed to the home options but with the internet having everything available quickly we just new where and what we wanted to look at. Jason was fine with this and was not irritated with us. We were picky and probably not easy to work with. Jason did so with ease. In fact our lender who came highly recommended/popular with other agents as well was not meting the loan value we needed/desired. Jason suggested a lender that he works with that made things work and close escrow early. There was humor during the whole process as well. He needed budging when it comes to the negotiation side as so did the other agents as well. As I mentioned I not an easy person to work with in my hunt for the good deal (got burned on last mortgage). The home deal that we got appraised for $30k higher than closing price. He needed budging but he got it done. He is tech savy with email, docusign and texting. I would highly recommend him.
