Jason has now helped us twice with our home. The first time he helped us rent a house that we happily lived in for four years. When it was time for us to buy a house, we reached out to him because we knew he was awesome. Jason went above and beyond what anyone could have possibly expected of him. He was endlessly patient with us, even though it took us a year to find our home. He never missed a single detail in all of the seemingly infinite transactions that needed to be done in every step of the way. My husband and I felt that Jason understood us and our needs, was always supportive of us, never pressured us or tried to force his opinion, and always had an eye out for what was best for us. In this competitive seller's market, Jason came up with a very creative idea to motive the sellers to consider our offer above everyone else's.
