Jason was extremely easy to work with and really took the time and effort to help me find the right house. He was always easy to reach and schedule an appointment. I made an inquiry on realty site for a property and was contacted by Jason Becvar. I don't recall if our next interaction was by phone or email but he also sent me a link with 5 homes. One of which is the home I purchased. Jason was very good about setting times to see homes that worked for my schedule, which is odd at best. Jason was very patient with my many questions and being support during a few glitches. Jason is very knowledgeable but will admit if he doesn't know something and quickly gets the answers. Jason was very responsive and very patient. Jason worked with us for about 1-1/2 years showing us homes until we found the perfect home for us. He went out of his way updating listing our style of home we were looking for. Jason made himself available all of the time to accommodate our schedule since we were from out of state.

Looking at houses with Jason was like looking at houses with my friend. He would be serching for me with my best interest/ needs / wants in mind. He is the one the found my perfect home in now in and cannot be happier with my experience with him. He still checks in and I still ask him questions- some questions a realtor doesn't need to know but he will be honest he doesn't know the answer but I would have an answer with in hours.
