Because of Jason's construction and design background, he provides such a unique advantage when looking at homes. He is able to provide unique trade knowledge that I don't know many realtors have. We were very happy and comfortable working with Jason!!
They simply don't get better than Jason Beard! Given his background in home renovation, he understands the value of a good investment and can help you navigate surface flaws from complete money pits. He is entirely professional, knowledgeable, and provides an incredible service. In a world where everyone is a real estate agent, Jason really maintains credibility for the craft of the field.
Jason is a fantastic realtor who grew up in the Cleveland area and has experience as a contractor as well. He approaches each viewing with a scrutinizing eye and points out potential issues on the spot to help you make a smart home purchase. He told me on day 1 that he would rather see me not buy a home than buy one that would put me in the red come selling time.
Jason Beard gave me his honest opinion about each property we saw together. He didn't just want to sell me any old house. I never felt rushed or pressured. He'd patiently explain the pros and cons of each property and let me come to my own conclusion. If you're buying your first home, this is the kind of real estate agent you want. At one property, he even got down on his hands and knees and pointed out a burrow hole around the foundation of the property - indicating a possible basement water issue. Sure enough, when we went down to the basement, there was a water issue. His knowledge of home maintenance is astounding. He was up on all the latest issues and trends - and he can guess the age of a furnace like no one I've ever met before. I can't recommend him highly enough. I would give him six stars if I could, but there are only five to choose from. I was very impressed with his demeanor and candor. Jason Beard and The Beard Group, Ltd., you made buying my first home a real pleasure. Thank you! I am going to recommend you to everyone!
Jason hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
