At one property, he even got down on his hands and knees and pointed out a burrow hole around the foundation of the property - indicating a possible basement water issue. Sure enough, when we went down to the basement, there was a water issue. His knowledge of home maintenance is astounding. He was up on all the latest issues and trends - and he can guess the age of a furnace like no one I've ever met before. I can't recommend him highly enough. I would give him six stars if I could, but there are only five to choose from. I was very impressed with his demeanor and candor.
