Jason is a lifetime Harborite, and is known for his "Let's Get It' attitude. He grew up in Aberdeen, and began his working career with Grays Harbor Top Foods, followed by a 7-Year career at Starbucks Coffee Company where he learned about the importance of the daily human connection. From there, Jason went on to the Real Estate industry in 2012 where he was named the Rookie of the Year with Premier Realty Grays Harbor, 4 years of Multi-Million Dollar sales, was named "Best Realtor/Broker" in Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties, and also was named in the Final 50 Nominations for the National Association of Realtors for their 30 Under 30 Program. Jason went on to open what is now Oly Pen Real Estate, and has continued to put a prime focus on that human connection in the office, with his clients, and throughou t the community. Jason is dedicated to creating a win/win situation for all people, and is driven to help all people achieve and exceed their professional and personal goals. Jason has sold over 500 properties in his career and is already on track to exceed $100 Million in sales. His work hard, play hard focus is all about enjoying life, and living moment by moment.
