I sprung the sale of our house on Jason as I wanted to sell quickly. He immediately comped our house, got fliers started and sent over an interior design specialist to assist with staging. Jason even worked on the sale of our house while he was on an overseas vacation with his wife that he had planned months in advance. I tend to get nervous about things that are out of my control and Jason helped to put my mind at ease multiple times. He navigated the sale of the house beautifully in an environment where rates were rising fast and prices were dropping at the same speed. Prior to closing, he even helped me move some things out of our backyard to make sure the buyers had the best walk-through experience possible. I can't imagine a realtor working any harder for my wife and I than Jason did. All of my future referrals will go to him.

I found Jason on FB taking a huge chance on someone who was not referred by someone I know. From the very first conversation, he was very accommodating, took time to understand what I needed and looking for, and was able to guide me through the process of finding and purchasing my first duplex. At 70 and a pastor, whose calling carried us to three states in fifty years, we have dealt with multiple realtors. In those many incidents, we have seen realtors, who were 'fast-talkers,' seeking to encourage, if not manipulate us to buy property that might not [was not always] in our best interest. Further, I have known realtors who did not do due diligence to get facts and we had grief and regrets to find unexpected problems and serious hurdles [particularly, in early spring, a cottage on a lake that had serious problems]. We have had seller realtors, who also crossed the line and were also buyer agents, betraying their ethical and fiscal responsibilities.
