I have known and used Jass for a while now. She has helped me buy and sell 3 properties to date. She has always been straight forward and very knowledgeable on properties we looked at. One property I sold there was an issue of assessments by the city the title company didn't catch initially and when I tried to sell things got sticky. Jass made a few calls and took care of everything through the title company and with the title insurance. It was one less thing I had to worry about. I would highly recommend her.
