I purchased two homes through Jasmine while living out of state. She was literally my eyes and ears as it's not ideal to view prospective homes via video. With the first home, I hadn't purchased anything in quite a while and didn't know the area very well. As busy as she is, she spent many hours talking me through neighborhoods and options, as well as alleviating any worries I had. The second home was to be my primary residence and she was able to recommend talented and cost effective contractors to paint and re-do flooring and went above and beyond for me on so much more. Not only is Jasmine an extremely hard worker, she is just a super nice person. She made my home purchases so much easier and I recommend her without hesitation.
Jasmine Negrete is an excellent agent. She is professional, efficient, and always answered all of our questions. She knows how to negotiate the best deal and got all of our closing costs paid by the seller. We had another agent but we were not happy with them. So glad we called Jasmine. Jasmine was incredible in her ability make my home purchase successful, smooth, quick, AND so easy!! She negotiated things for me (ie extra rent back, etc) that i didnt even ask for, going above and beyond. She was always sooo organized, kept me on track with so much that needed to be done, tied in all the other people involved, and handled hiccups & challenges (which we had quite a few) with ease. I have worked with other agents in the past, so i know how past dealings could have taken longer, created so much headaches for me, & have been quite stressful. Even late at night, we could reach her to resolve pop-up issues with difficult buyers. No stone was left unturned and the house sold within a month for the highest price the community had seen for similar homes in a number of years (neighbors were pleased!)
