I was what you would call a procrastinator when it came to actually buying a home. I thought the task was to y’all for me to actually achieve I had a conversation with jasmine and she instilled a confidence in me that I did not have an ounce of when it came to home buying. I also believed my credit wasn’t good enough she quickly proved not only was it good enough but I was approved for way more than I imagined. The seller tried to pull me around and she stepped in so fast to make sure they would not take advantage of a new buyer and negotiated properly for me.
