Jasmine made sure to show us homes in our monthly payment budget and made recommendations on areas we didn’t think of that had better taxes to help our payment. She got all my closing costs paid for and we didn’t have to offer over asking. She even got all our inspection stuff taken care of. We are so happy and thank you Jasmine for everything! Jasmine was not only an amazing at helping us sell our home and finding another for our family, she is just a wonderful human. Jasmine is someone you have to have at your back. She listens to your needs and wants, and doesn’t give up on you. Even when you’re feeling down about the deal she’s like a cheerleader and keeps you going. She’ll go that extra mile and really goes “up to bat” for you. Any question or concern that we had she would look into it and would respond back to us with an answer, or at the very least “I’m on it” or “I’ll find out”. For years, I talked about wanting a bigger home with a large backyard perfect for hosting and having space for my kids to play in. I saw this property and immediately knew I wanted it.
