She has great intuition for a family's needs, and kept advising us to hold when we were too eager to move forward with crappy houses. When we found THE house, she connected extremely well with the seller's broker, and the negotiation process did not feel agressive or hurried. She got us a good deal, and our house is actually worth a bit more than what we paid. she has great details too, like getting you a truck for the move.
