We thuroughly enjoyed working with Jarrod on our first home purchase. He went above and beyond! He took us to multiple cities to show us houses as we were unsure with what area we wanted, consistently communicated updates with us, and assisted us with negotiation when the appraisal came in. We bought using a VA loan and could not have done it without him! He even called to the seller agent when we moved in and only had cold water in the tub to get the contractor info from the install for us. Jarrod was as good a real estate agent as possible. I was an out of state buyer and he made the purchase Very easy. He was there every step of the way and looked after every detail . Quite honestly he was invaluable. Even after purchasing the property I asked if he would periodically every week or so walk thru to make sure everything was okay .I offered to pay him and he said no , he would do it for free.
