"We actually worked with Jarica initially when we hired her to be property manager for our home in Udall when we moved out of state. She and Carrissa Wells were great and kept us informed of things at the home and kept it rented for all but maybe 2 months in the past 10 yrs. When the current renters were finally able to purchase the home Carrissa worked with us and the sale went off seamlessly. Both Jarica and Carrissa were great!"
