He was quick to communicate everything he was doing to market the house. The house need a lot of repairs and upgrades that I was preparing to do prior to listing the house, but Jared gave me sound advice on which repairs to make. As I am not local, he helped coordinate the repairs with local contractors and insured the work was done to a high standard of quality. His advice literally saved me thousands of dollars. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a house.

Jared stayed in touch with me until I was ready to list my home. Once I have him the green light, he was ready to list within a few days. Once it went live, there were several offers within the first 24 hours. We accepted the first offer as it was a full price offer. I credit Jared with his knowledge of the area, the descriptions used along with the right pictures. He then kept in constant contact as the closing process progressed.
