Kind, Empathetic, Thorough - The Whole Package

Jared helped me during a very difficult time. My brother unexpectedly passed away, and I needed to sell his home. I didn't think that there was much equity in the home because my brother had only been there a year. I wasn't expecting to walk away with anything, and had that happened, I would have been fine with it. Jared told me that with a little bit of effort, I could easily sell the house to turn a profit and recoup the costs that come with a family member's passing. Jared walked me through exactly what I needed to do to get the house ready to sell and connected me with companies that could help with these tasks. He was very honest about what needed to be done, and what would not generate a return on investment. He stayed in touch throughout the preparation process, and answered every single one of my many questions. Jared coordinated everything, and made sure that I understood everything happening every step of the way. He went above and beyond at every opportunity as well. When it was time to take pictures, a light bulb was out - and he personally went to the store to buy a bulb so the best photos could be captured. A few days before closing, it was realized that the downstairs shower faucet was loose, and he personally fixed it and saved me from a plumbing bill. On top of all of that, the stellar marketing of the home - including the top-tier photographer and very skilled home staging - brought the home to life. The home was shown roughly 50 times, generated several very competitive offers, and ultimately sold for over $50K above asking price.
