Choosing realestate agents can be a daunting task as it is a big decision. One thing I do not regret is choosing Jared to be the agent to sell our property. I had gone through interviewing and meeting 8 different realestate agents. Jared was really amazing!! He was very prompt, professional, and personable. He is a straight shooter and no BS type of guy. He told me that he can list the house within a certain range and we got many interested parties immediately. He was really accommodating in working with us. I'm not very familiar with the selling process and he walked me through everything. He was able to get our house listed and we were able to close escrow within 2 months. He was very communicative and was able to get contractors in for us and managed the whole process of the remodeling. Jared was very realistic and transparent with the pricing of managing vendors and contractors. Jared made the process seamless and easy. I feel like I didn't need to do anything and that he took care of everything for me. He introduced an escrow company, but I personally would have done more homework on the escrow company. His referral worked out. That aside, he definitely under committed and over delivered. He was very very great to work with. Jared was always working and always communicative over text. He was available at nights and over the weekends and gave me frequent updates. I never felt like I was alone in this and that I could always ask him any simple/stupid or questions . This is a family owned business and I can tell that they put their heart into it. They have avery awesome customer service. He hustles hard and worked so hard for us. he is definitely someone you want in your corner.
