Jerad will greet you with a terrific. He is kind, highly ethical, and generous with his time and patience. He's very knowledgeable about the structural integrity of a home, and the machines, i.e. AC, heat, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc., that complete a home. He's got a good sense of humor and solid experience. He looked for what worked for me in my price range, not in a range that suited his agenda. I was well taken care of. It was a great pleasure to work with him.
