I bought my first home through Jared and I have to say, him and his team made my purchase nearly painless, we ran into a couple speed bumps (due to me) but him and his team were always so quick to resolve any issues. I was able to get my home about 10 days earlier because they stayed on top of it all. My lack of knowledge when buying my first home was no issue at all thanks to Jared explaining everything step by step. The best part about his team is that I could literally communicate with them at ANY time of the day, which was extremely helpful because of my terrible work schedule.
