Selling in Massachusetts while trying to buy in New Hampshire felt overwhelming at first, but he made the entire process feel manageable and even enjoyable. We were able put an offer on a home in NH and negotiate 30 days to have our current home under contract. He organized the closing so we could sell and buy on the same day. He handled the sale of my MA home with confidence and skill. He quickly went to work to prepare my home for listing and open house. He was very responsive to answer all my questions. Wanted to give a shoutout to my realtor and friend Jared Mason if you even dream about using another realtor after what I tell you you better wake up and apologize! Known Jared about 2 years my friend Mike Shea of shea real estate set me up with Jared to get me some information about the home buying process and see what I was looking for. I thought I was about a year out from buying what I wanted. I was ready to rent another year but I had found out the owner of my condo wanted to sell and I wasn’t giving him $525k for that mess 😂 with that short of a notice and my crazy work schedule I wasn’t about to look for another short term rental. I checked out a listing I thought was perfect but didn’t think I could afford it. After i did a deep dive into my financials I realized I’m doing a lot better than I imagined. I ended up walking to the place before the open house and talking to the person runs thing for the condo. Gave me great information and I knew I had to buy it. Out of nowhere I called Jared and said it was an emergency and I had to get this property. Jared was out to lunch with his family and ended up leaving ( I didn’t know I didn’t ask him to 😂). He met me at the property to show me within a half hour. Once we checked it out I knew I had to buy it or I would regret it for a long time. Jared helped me through the entire process and got the offer in about 6 hours later. It was a standoff between myself and someone else for the condo called up Jared the next morning to add something else to the offer and we ended up getting our deal accepted and he got me $10 grand back in closing costs. After doing all this he also helped me move assisting me in successfully dismounting my 85” flat screen tv ( which was no easy task). He also took a few boxes as well. Absolutely can not recommend him enough!!!!
