Jared was knowledgeable about the local market and was able to provide advice that enabled us to push the deal in areas we had leverage and to understand when to give. Jared provided a list of properties that meet my specifications for size, floor plan, school district etc and when we encountered hurdles he provided counsel and guidance to work through those issues so we could close on our new home.
