Jared was a fantastic help throughout our whole process of selling our home. He was very knowledgeable about the flux in the housing market in our area. He basically predicted when we needed to put up our house and it went under contract in less than two weeks. If we waited any longer the market in our area would have been too saturated to get a quick sell. I have been very happy with Jared's work rate too.
