He found us or forever home, negotiated a lot of expensive fixes that saved us over $10,000, and he was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. But then I kept finding interesting houses to look at and Jared has a natural talent of being available to help without making you feel pressured. He is respectful of the people involved with the house buying process and he knows the process very well. He always has answers or has the resources to find answers. He is always on top of things and he will never make you feel lost or forgotten. It is because of Jared Hambrook that my personal home-buying experience went as well as it did. One minute I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy a house, and the next minute I was moving into what still seems like the perfect house for me. I want to mention that the process to buy my house was happening during the Christmas and New Year holidays. In addition, my son was involved as a co-borrower and was even out of the country in the middle of closing. Yet Jared and his network of mortgage lenders, title companies, home inspectors, appraisers, etc., managed to make the whole process run smoothly and efficiently. I was amazed. This is not my first house purchase. I've been a home owner for 30 years and have had three custom-built homes. In many ways, though, this is the least painful house purchasing experience I've had, and that is due to Jared's real estate talents. I highly recommend Jared.
