Jared helped sell our home. He was wonderful to work with. He presented a well-reasoned plan for listing and selling our home. He recommended a list price, which was higher than I would have thought to do on my own--but Jared knows the market very well. He presented a plan to list on a Friday and hold an open house the next day. He predicted we would have offers by Saturday. It worked out exactly as he predicted--3 offers by Saturday evening, and we sold it for more than we had asked! Jared is impeccably honest and forthright. He is easy to communicate with and very responsible. I cannot imagine having a better experience selling our home than we did. We are not planning to move any time soon, but if we do, we will absolutely be using Jared to buy/sell.
