Jared was very knowledgeable about the Southwest Nashville area. He presented average prices around the area and made great suggestions on what would be a good selling price. He also made suggestions on how to make the house more presentable to potential buyers. We were not under any pressure to accept any offer from buyers. He acted as a go between with prospective buyers. He also supervised a couple of open houses. We would definitely use him again if we ever sell a house in the Nashville area.
