She listened to my opinions and preferences and showed me many properties that I liked and were in my budget, neighborhoods, etc. She helped me look over contracts and documents and was very detail-oriented; she even picked out a couple instances where the seller made minute changes between contract drafts so I could get the best deal possible for the property I wanted.
