Jan was extremely helpful to me as a realtor. As a first-time home buyer, I had a TON of questions and needed many things explained, and Jan was very patient with me. She listened to my opinions and preferences and showed me many properties that I liked and were in my budget, neighborhoods, etc. She helped me look over contracts and documents and was very detail-oriented; she even picked out a couple instances where the seller made minute changes between contract drafts so I could get the best deal possible for the property I wanted. She was flexible and communicated with me often and whenever I needed help or advice. I would recommend her to anyone!
