The first real estate transaction Jannett performed was in 2005 just shortly after landing her real estate sales license. The listing agent was a seasoned professional who helped Jannett with suggestions and made sure all the necessary paperwork and tasks were in order. The agent was like a mentor, kind and helpful and she never forgot that encounter. The buyer was very impressed and delighted with Jannett's service and attention to detail. Jannett started in the real estate industry after she moved from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando, FL. She was working as a Mortgage Manager and wanted to transition to the real estate side as she got to know the Orlando area. She obtained her Real Estate Sales License then and a few years later her Real Estate Broker's License and started her company, Lifestyles Realty, LLC. As her career advanced, Jannett found her stride working with new home buyers in Orlando and surrounding cities and then progressed to listing sales, new construction, relocation and property investment specialties. She's an expert in helping buyers find the right source and type of financing for their specific needs. As a former Mortgage Manager she is aware that some clients, investors, business owners and foreign buyers for example, need a different approach when it comes to financing. Communicative and Knowledgable

Jannett was a referral from a relative. I have had the best experience working with her. She kept constant communication, worked really well with my lender, and was knowledgeable about every step of the process. She asked questions even I forgot to ask and she knew how to negotiate well. For My first time buy, Happy I had Jannett

I’m the type of person that asks lots of questions so when I first reached out to Jannett, she got lots of questions and never once failed to provide me with answers. She took her time to understand where I was at in life and what exactly I was looking to accomplish. Each phase she made it easier to go through because she made her it business to make herself available. Her easy going spirit made me very comfortable and her knowledge of Home Buying and Ownership, the Market, suggestions of Financial Advisors and willingness to share information was greatly appreciated. Even after I closed, she still made herself available for my ‘random’ questions. A year later and she’s still checking in. She’s an Amazing Person and Realtor
