Jannay Murphy was extremely helpful in helping us get the house ready for sell. She kept in contact with us giving us suggestions as we cleaned and painted. She put us in contact with people that could help with the prep work which made our stress levels lower. After the house was ready ,she jumped at putting the house on the market. She gave us good advise desiding on the price.. We recieved multiple offers which she guided us through making a good decision. I would recommend Jannay Murphy to anyone who wants to sale a house, she is Fantastic
