Third house with Janna

Janna is a true PRO… We have several friends in the business, and probably lost one because of our decision to use Janna. She has been a pure joy to work with on every aspect of our transactions. We sold our house with a discount broker and I was looking for our new house and walked into a house she was holding open that day. I was so impressed I immediately called my wife and told her we need to use Janna to represent us!!! She worked with us on locating a house in Highlands Ranch so our son could attend school there. We told her it would be a four year house. She kept in touch with us all along the way. We then decided to build a house in Castle Rock and she took point through her extensive knowledge on the builder side of the transaction. The build was scheduled for completion in December and in April we found a more suitable location. She showed us that house in less than 10 hours and worked hand and hand with the Seller’s agent through several bids and was able to secure the contract. Then it was off to the races as we had 2 days to get our house ready for the market. She came in told us what we needed to have in the house to prepare for our professional photo shoot. The next day the photographer was scheduled and 15 hours later the MLS was live. She was on top of everything with precision and accuracy. The house was under contract shortly afterwards. We would never use anyone else and I always recommend her to anyone who needs the best agent in the business!!!
