Janna had helped me and my boyfriend, Sam, find our first home! We are very excited to move! Janna has been so patient with us and is truly very knowledgeable. We were very precise with what we want and we were able to get exactly what we needed. What’s great about Janna is that she truly takes the time to study the area and is detail oriented with the houses we were interested it. She showed us that she is trustworthy and really watches out as she was very observant and noted what may need fixing as well as the pros in a house that can help us with our mortgage insurance and even negotiating. Every time we went out to see houses she has prepared a list of papers of the houses we are viewing with all the information about the house. When we are wanting to put an offer, she studies and gives us her findings of comps of the surrounding houses that was sold in the neighborhood/area. She truly had made the process very smooth! I trust her and have already recommended people to her. To me, she was warm, but firm and always had our back. She was more than a realtor and more of a friend watching out for me and Sam to find the best home that meets our needs. Highly recommend!!!

Janna was incredible, she was responsive at all times of the day, educational for us as first home buyers, and really tended to all our needs.
