The word that best describes Janis is "GodSend"!!! She did an outstanding job at every part of this process. We had some challenges along the way with unexpected interference from an outside source and Janis helped us navigate through all of that and all the while, maintained a positive, upbeat attitude. She gave us excellent advice on preparing the home for sale, she conducted a very successful open house and was there to answer any and all questions we had. I would highly recommend Janis to anyone who is looking for the " top shelf" realtor. She knows her business and her professionalism and demeanor were exemplary from start to finish.
