We had the perfect house picked out and we reached out to Janis to help with securing the deal. AND SHE DID JUST THAT! With the market the way it is, we were worried that we would get beat out, but she prevailed in our negotiations. Janis was aggressive with negotiating our initial offer, and even more so, once all the home inspections were completed. We ended up getting the house for less than what we anticipated we would have to pay. We are glad we trusted in Janis, and we will definitely be reaching out to her again in the future.
