Janis knows her stuff and she gets the job done. All you have to do is tell her what you are looking for and she will try her best to find it. She is so sweet and pleasant to talk with and she never leaves you hanging.

Janis was very helpful in helping me with the home buying process! She was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! I would recommend her to anyone searching to purchase a home!

Janis was very knowledgeable about the market and adjusted quickly when market signals changed. Her communication with me and potential buyers was stellar, and she expectedly had top notch professionalism at all times. Really enjoyed working with her!
