I've been a homeowner in La Quinta for over 25 years and have known Janine a good part of those. During that time i have referred her to many of my friends who were buying/selling a home. They've all had great success with her, some using her for multiple transactions. I finally had the oppurtunity to enlist her services when we decided to put our house on the market. She and her team were beyond helpful, as this is our second home, we were not able to be there during the process. Janine and her assistant kept us informed at all times and handled things we were unable to attend to. She knows the market so well and has an excellent reputation in the valley. Needless to say, she succeeded in selling our home and we are very pleased with everything from start to finish. Janine went above and beyond the call of duty for us and we will continue to recommend her to others.
